At FinEdge Training Institute, we are committed to delivering quality training programs in the BFSI Career Readiness space. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds will be processed for students enrolling in our courses.

1. Course Fees

- All fees are payable in advance through our authorized payment methods.
- Fees once paid are non-transferable to another individual.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

1. Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same transaction, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate payment.

2. Course Cancellation by Us: If FinEdge Training Institute cancels or discontinues a course for any reason, enrolled learners will be eligible for a full refund.

3. Withdrawal Before Course Start: If a student requests cancellation at least 3 days before the batch start date, a 50% refund will be issued (processing & administrative costs deducted).

4. No Refund After Batch Commencement: Once the course has started, fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or completion status.

3. Batch Transfers

- If you are unable to attend your batch, you may request a one-time transfer to the next available batch.
- Requests must be made before the second session of the current batch.
- Batch transfer is subject to availability and management approval.

4. Placement Assistance

- Placement support is provided as part of the training package, but employment is not guaranteed.
- Refunds will not be provided based on employment outcomes.

5. Processing of Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during enrollment.

6. Exceptions

- No refunds will be issued in cases of:
• Misconduct, violation of Terms & Conditions, or breach of Code of Conduct.
• Discontinuation of course by the student after commencement.
• Failure to meet minimum system requirements for online learning (internet, device, etc.).
